شاي باي مو دان بالفاوانيا البيضاء

The floral notes come through without being perfumey, and it stays smooth even when I accidentally oversteep it. Twelve months of shelf life means I can keep a tin at work without worrying about it going stale.

Wasn't sure a white tea could taste this full, but the floral notes come through without any bitterness. I've been brewing it at work all week and the 12-month shelf life means I don't have to rush through the tin.

The earthy depth and smooth finish are exactly why I keep coming back to this white tea. It's gentle on the stomach yet has that fuller flavour that stands up to multiple steeps. I've already ordered a backup tin to stay within the 12-month freshness window.
