洋甘菊花蕾

The whole buds really do make a difference, way fuller flavor than the dusty bagged stuff I used to buy. One cup after dinner and I'm actually winding down instead of scrolling for an hour.

I was skeptical about spending more on whole buds, but the flavor is noticeably richer than the dusty bagged stuff I used to buy. Steeping a cup about ten minutes before bed has become my favorite part of the night, and the floral sweetness needs no honey at all.
