藝伎綠茶 infusion

The bamboo shoots give this a faint nuttiness I wasn't expecting from a green tea, and it somehow works with the floral notes instead of fighting them. I've been brewing a cup every afternoon and the pyramid bags seem to let the sesame and rose open up way more than standard flat ones do.

The bamboo shoots give it this subtle crunch of earthiness that balances the rose beautifully, and the schizandra berries add a tart kick I keep craving. I brewed a second pot the same afternoon, which I almost never do.

I’ve never tasted anything quite like this tea—the schizandra berries give it a tart, fruity kick that fades into a soft rose and sesame finish. Brews a clear, vibrant cup that feels both exotic and calming, perfect for an afternoon reset.
