Ciemna Melodia - AA 100% Arabica Ziarna Kawy

Smooth enough to drink black, which I didn't expect from a dark roast. The dark fruit notes come through nicely in a pour-over, and there's zero bitterness on the finish. My new everyday bag.

The dark fruit note really comes through in the aftertaste, which makes this feel much more complex than your average bag. I brewed a pour-over and got that velvety, full body without a hint of bitterness, even as it cooled. It's officially my new weekend slow-morning coffee.

Opened the bag and the smell alone sold me—that roasted nut aroma is unmistakable. Brewed a pour-over this morning and it came out velvety smooth with zero bitterness, just that deep dark fruit undertone. This is my new go-to for slow weekend cups.
