Lavendel-munt witte thee-infusie

The lavender comes through softly without tasting like soap, and the mint adds just enough coolness at the end. I steep a cup around 3pm when I want something warm but don't need the caffeine jolt of my usual green tea.

I've been drinking this after dinner instead of my usual green tea and the lower caffeine means I actually fall asleep easier. The lavender comes through softly without tasting like soap, which was my worry. Twelve months shelf life is plenty for how fast I'm going through the tin.

The cool mint tingle hits right as the floral lavender fades, and that gentle sweetness makes it feel like a treat without any sugar. I’ve swapped my evening coffee for this low-caffeine cup and the relaxed afternoons it promises actually deliver.
