The beans are noticeably larger and more polished than the supermarket Arabica I usually buy, and they grind evenly. The cup comes out smooth and a little sweet, no bitterness even when I forget it on the pour over.

I’ve brewed a lot of Indian coffees, but this one’s sweetness really comes through in the cup—clean and brisk without any bitter edge. The beans were so fresh that the bag had that lovely just-roasted aroma when I opened it.

The large, polished beans grind beautifully and the aroma that fills the kitchen is pure comfort. Brewed a cup this morning and it was clean and naturally sweet, exactly the smooth profile I was hoping for.
