Monsoon Malabar - Chicchi di caffè 100% Arabica AAA

I usually add milk but this one's smooth enough to drink black. There's an earthy, almost woody thing going on that I wasn't expecting, and the body feels genuinely velvety rather than thin. Finishing my second bag already.

The earthy depth really comes through in every sip, and the velvety body makes it feel almost creamy without any bitterness. I brewed a cup this morning and the low acidity meant I didn’t even need sugar, which is rare for me. Definitely my new go-to for a slow, mellow afternoon coffee.

I keep coming back to this roast because the low acidity is so forgiving—I can drink it black even late in the afternoon. The earthiness comes through nicely without any harsh bite, and the finish really does linger, soft and velvety, just like the description says.
